Silver Jewelry
Silver jewelry can be cleaned in just a few easy steps.
To get the best results follow the instructions with precision, including
the order of the instructions.
Begin with a large pot and some aluminum foil. Tear out the aluminum
foil and line the large pot with it. This is the area in which you will
clean your silver jewelry. Pour a little baking soda, dish soap, salt,
and warm water into the pot. Stir with a plastic spoon.
Place your pieces of silver jewelry in the pot one by one. Bring the
mixture to a low boil. Let it boil for about four or five minutes. Do
not boil for to much longer than this or you will negatively affect
the quality of your jewelry.
Remove the pot from the heat. Wait for the solution to cool and use
a strainer or colander to pour out the contents of the pot. Rinse the
silver jewelry with cool water. To ensure nothing was trapped in the
pot amid the aluminum foil count your silver jewelry before throwing
out the foil.
